Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy 

We offer a 100% refund on all products purchased through our website in the following conditions: 

1. If the product delivered does not match your order 
2. If there is any manufacturing defect or damaged  product 

 Return/ Replacement: 

1. Return/ Replacement Request should be placed  within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care Number +91 7985576351 (9:00 AM -6:00 PM) or write us on gititechprivatelimited@gmail.com to place the return request and share the pictures of damaged/ defective product. 
2. Upon receiving your request, we will revert to you within 24 hours.
3. Our team may verify the authenticity of your claim virtually (i.e., through photos) or may initiate a reverse pick up for verification. 
4. Any product that is returned should be in the same condition as received  
5. Upon receiving the product, our team shall inspect the same for defects as per the customer’s claim within 48 hours. We shall notify you about the acceptance/ rejection of the claim through mail/SMS.  
6. Upon acceptance of the claim, the replacement/ refund will be initiated within 24 hours of such acceptance.

Please Note that any wrong ordering is NOT eligible for Return/Refund.  

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be cancelled before it is shipped by us. Please contact our Customer Care Number +917985576351 or write to us on gititechprivatelimited@gmail.com to place the cancellation request. Orders once shipped from our end are not eligible for cancellation. 

Cancellation by Gititech 

Gititech reserves the right to cancel an order in case of the following reasons: 

1. Non-availability of product due to any reason.  
2. Invalid Contact Details on the order.

The refund will be initiated within 24 hours of such cancellation.
